Once settled, residents can take advantage of a range of services including regular fresh grocery deliveries, laundry services and access to a personal trainer. Location: The Altham, Walthamstow Hours: 40 hours per week, shift patterns to cover Monday - Sunday What we offer We offer a competitive salary and a great benefits package (including pension, cycle-to-work & tech schemes, healthy snacks, free access to our on-site gyms, as well as holiday perks). _________________________________________________________________________________________ As a Housekeeper your main responsibilities include: Providing a knowledgeable and friendly welcome to all residents and guests To represent the Morro brand at all times Cleaning of communal areas, providing room cleans when requested to do so and assisting with general upkeep of the property Understanding and following our health and safety policy, operational procedures, risk assessment and method statements Completing all tasks with the required paperwork Report any maintenance needed in the rooms to the General Manager and Maintenance Manager Understanding the changing needs of our residents, adapting to meet and exceed their needs To ensure cleaning materials instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSHH Taking relevant training as instructed by any senior manager Report incidents and accidents to your manager Report any safety hazards of the operating equipment to General Manager and Maintenance Team Treating company documents as private and confidential in compliance with the Data Protection Act Communicating with colleagues and handling over vital information To undertake any other duties as and when required that are commensurate with the role The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities and training as requested by your manager.
