4. Deliver accurate financial reporting, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
5. Drive performance improvements through meaningful financial analysis.
6. Own divisional budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
8. Support strategic change projects and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
9. Professionally qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with proven post-qualification experience.
10. Strong background in financial management within a large or complex organisation.
11. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
12. Commercially minded, analytical, and confident in challenging assumptions.
13. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational finance desirable.
14. Proactive and continuous improvement mindset with strong financial modelling skills.
