Key Responsibilities Welcome passengers and provide clear guidance and information. Assist customers with luggage and general mobility needs. Support passengers in navigating the station safely and efficiently. Deliver a positive travel experience through proactive, helpful service. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment.Requirements Positive, approachable, customer‑focused attitude. Physically able to assist with luggage when required. Confident in a busy environment and able to stay calm under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Safety‑conscious and aware of potential risks.Training & Support Online training modules to be completed before starting. All training is fully paid.Pay & Contract Details Pay rate: £13.45 per hour Shifts: 07:00-14:00 and 14:00-21:00.
