About the role
Are you cheerful, patient, and full of life? We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat Personal Assistant to support a 33-year-old woman with autism and complex learning difficulties, who has a brilliant sense of humour and a small, very lovable dog! This role brings positivity, fun, and encouragement into everyday activities: staying active by going swimming, playing badminton, and finding new ways to enjoy being out and about. She loves a trip to the cinema or a musical, so a love for theatre (and possibly the occasional journey to Bristol for a show) is a big plus. You’ll also support her in becoming more independent — cooking, meal prep, food shopping, and accessing the community. The goal is to encourage confidence, independence, and plenty of laughter.
