Lead the customer service function across multiple regions, ensuring high standards of support and consistent service delivery
Design and implement scalable processes to manage enquiries, complaints, returns, and delivery issues effectively
Monitor key service metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance the overall customer experience
Act as the main escalation point for complex or high-value issues, providing hands-on support when needed
Previous experience in a customer service management role, with the ability to coach
Passionate about delivering great service and continuously improving team performance
