About the Role
This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a successful and motivated team of Estate Agents working together to drive the company's rapid expansion. Full on-the-job training will be provided, and based on performance, there will be the opportunity to gain associated credentials.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clients with property enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Learning how to manage property listings, viewings, and negotiations
Supporting senior agents with sales processes and client interactions
Developing a strong understanding of the property market and sales techniques
What We Are Looking For
A strong willingness to learn and develop within the property sector
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary & Benefits
Trainee Period (First 3 Months): Basic salary of £24,000 - £28,000
Post-Trainee Period: Salary increase to up to £35,000, plus commission
