Libertatem Healthcare Group is expanding and looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Support Workers to join their dedicated team. The role involves supporting adults with varying disabilities to live independently in their own homes, including assisting with household tasks, personal care, shopping, community access, and social/leisure activities.

* Assisting with shopping and accessing the community
* Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
* Administering medication and promoting independence

* A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping others
* A person-centred approach with safeguarding at the heart of everything you do
* A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
