Including: General Admin Follow up on customer quotes and update the CRM system Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person Triage and respond to basic customer queries via phone or email Scan and file documents, including Waste Transfer Notes, Compliance Notes, and contracts Support compliance processes by maintaining accurate digital records Sales Admin Support Monitor open quotes and follow up with customers to keep the sales pipeline moving Log and update quote statuses in CRM Support small marketing and admin projects PA Support to Directors Manage shared director inboxes, flagging urgent emails and clearing routine items Keep directors calendars up to date with meetings, events, and schedules Book meetings, venues, and travel arrangements Prepare documents and simple reports ahead of director meetings Act as a first point of contact for suppliers or key stakeholders when directors are unavailable Occasionally attend internal meetings to take notes and follow up on actions Salary: Starting on £12.50 per hour, with the opportunity to review after probation as responsibilities grow.
