We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.

Starting salary: £40,000 – progressing up to £50,000
Location: Cambridgeshire – Centre/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

What do you need?
* You must be qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
* Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
* You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
* Must be IT literate.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Duties:
* Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
* Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
