Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading care provider who support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs through a variety of residential and supported living services. They are currently seeking an L&D Business Partner to join the team who will partner closely with stakeholders, and be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes across their services in the North West.

Responsibilities:
Designing, delivering, and evaluating the various learning and development programmes and initiatives across the businessProvide bespoke training and support as and when requiredBecome a subject matter expert within the L&OD departmentBe an effective business partner with allocated services to ensure that they are meeting their regulatory requirementsProvide comprehensive reports and solutions when addressing any potential non-compliance concerns across services in the North West
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching QualificationExposure working within in a similar health or social care environmentExperience of delivering a RRN approved course (Maybo / PBM) or a willingness to work towards.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
