They create beautiful spice tins, blends and gifts for home cooks, food lovers and retailers who care about flavour, quality and story. They’re not just building a brand; they’re building a community. Their customers, suppliers and team all matter. As they continue to grow, introduce new products, expand their retail presence and explore new ways of selling (including live and social selling), They’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
About the role
This role sits right at the heart of the business.
As Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be involved in bringing the business to life – talking to customers, supporting sales activity, representing us in person and online, and helping turn brand love into real commercial results.
If you enjoy variety, being visible, getting stuck in and wearing a few different hats, you’ll feel very at home here. This is a hands-on role in a small team, where ideas are welcomed, flexibility is essential, and no two weeks look quite the same.
You’ll work closely with the wider team and founders, with real ownership, room to grow, and support to build your skills across sales, marketing, live presenting and events.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
Supporting and hosting live social selling sessions (including on-camera work)
Representing the business at consumer events, trade shows and live activations
Supporting retailer outreach, follow-ups, samples and account administration
Helping plan campaigns, generate content ideas, support newsletters and influencer activity
Assisting with event logistics, stock handling and on-the-ground brand delivery
Being a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and partners
What you’ll bring with you as Sales & Marketing Executive
Experience in sales, marketing, retail, events or customer-facing roles
Confidence speaking to people in person, on camera and over the phone
Some experience supporting sales activity, trade accounts or retail partners
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle varied responsibilities
A full UK driving licence and confidence driving for work purposes
Personal skills & competencies
As a small team, every person shapes their culture. They’d love to hear from you if you:
Enjoy working in a small, growing business where things evolve and improve over time
Are proactive, practical and happy to roll your sleeves up when needed
Can manage your own time and priorities, while staying flexible as plans change
Communicate clearly, kindly and honestly – even when things feel busy
Are resilient, solution-focused and not afraid of learning as you go
Can give and receive constructive feedback and reflect on your own development
Are, on the whole, a “glass half full” person (with space for being human too)
A love of food really matters here
They are a food business, and a genuine love of cooking, flavour and food culture is important to them. You don’t need to be a chef – but you do need to enjoy talking about food, sharing ideas, and getting excited about what’s in the pan.
What’s in it for you
A varied role across sales, marketing, events and live selling
Hybrid working with time in our Liverpool office and flexibility built in
Training and support across live presenting, social selling and sales activity
UK travel opportunities for shows, events and activations
Real scope to grow as the business – and the role – evolves
