Job Description
We are looking for a chef to work in our small Michelin-starred restaurant who is hard-working, enthusiastic and disciplined. Experience working in good quality establishments is a necessity for this role. Also important is a willingness to learn and a real passion for learning their trade. We are offering good rates of pay, as well as a four day working week.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that their section is clean and tidy
* Ensure that food is prepared to a high quality and delivered on time
* Ensure that stock is rotated properly and any issues communicated in good time
* Ensure that the food is prepared as per the instructions delivered by the head chef/sous chef
* Ensure a good level of staff morale and motivation is maintained and supported
Skills:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
