This Junior Network Model Technician will report to the Lead Network Insights Engineer and will work within the DSO directorate based in our London office. You will be a permanent employee. The role involves updating schematic diagrams for LTDS and Week 24/50 submissions, producing network-model data tables for regulatory submissions to Ofgem and NESO, and ensuring compliance with Licence Conditions. Key responsibilities include managing PowerFactory network models, data quality assurance, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to regulatory reforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, understanding of distribution and transmission networks, and proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and databases. Desirable skills include experience with PowerFactory, ADMS, SAP, and knowledge of the UK electricity industry. The role offers a salary of £54,166, a 3% bonus, blended working options, and various benefits. The position is open until 31/08/2025, with occasional travel to Bury St Edmunds.
