💼 What You’ll Do
As our EUC Team Leader, you’ll:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of EUC analysts and technicians
* Oversee desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments
* Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Citrix, and MDM platforms
* Drive process improvements and ensure security, compliance, and performance
* Be the go-to expert for complex technical escalations
* Collaborate with IT leadership to shape our EUC strategy

* Proven experience in EUC leadership or senior support roles
* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Citrix & MDM
