Position: Night Operations Lead/Supervisor Pharmaceutical Logistics Location: Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: £36,538.69 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Night Shift About the Role A major blue-chip pharma logistics company is seeking an experienced Night Operations Lead to oversee nightly sortation, warehouse, and dispatch activity. Responsibilities Lead and support the night operations team to meet KPIs and service standards. Manage sortation, goods-in/out, and dispatch processes. Uphold GMP/GDP and pharmaceutical compliance standards. Liaise with planning and transport teams to maintain smooth workflow. Enforce health & safety and operational best practice. Train, coach, and motivate night-shift colleagues. Move vehicles (van fleet) on site when required (clean licence essential). Requirements Proven experience as Warehouse Team Leader, Night-Shift Supervisor, or Operations Lead. Strong logistics or warehouse background, ideally in a pharma or temperature-controlled environment. Must have previous night-shift experience. Full clean UK driving licence. Excellent communication and people-management skills.
