As we prepare for an exciting new chapter of growth, we’re looking for a capable and motivated Business Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Christchurch-based manufacturing facility. Description Within a tight-knit team, this is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who thrives on responsibility and variety. You'll oversee manufacturing processes, lead operational planning, manage financial performance, and build strong relationships with both suppliers and internal teams. We’re looking for a professional with: Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment Strong operational management experience, including resource planning, workflow coordination, and quality control Solid financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Confidence in building and maintaining strong customer relationships A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a small team Industry experience in windows, doors, or building products is advantageous but not essential What’s In It for You?
