The remit of this post is to manage the Waiting List Team they are responsible for which currently sits within Health Records across NHS Lothian. This is a key post, established to implement and manage monitoring and administrative systems to achieve NHS Lothian waiting time targets.
Responsible for undertaking systems analysis to enable planning and delivery of waiting list targets and guarantees.
To work with the Bed Management Team to ensure that all elective activity is maintained as much as possible when bed shortages occur.
