Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills within UK practice
* Proven ability to manage client portfolios with a strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong client relationships
* Ambitious, with a strategic mindset and drive for career progression
