This is a brand-new position and is pivotal to the smooth and efficient property management that they company is known for. This is a busy & varied role where you will be be responsible for conducting property inspections, compiling accurate inventory reports, and managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and compliant tenancy process. Ideally you'll have some property experience, but if you are a true people person with a solid administration background with a genuine interest in property, then we want to hear from you too!
