About the Senior Assembler
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Assembler to play a key role within an engineering environment. You will support and guide a team of assemblers while remaining hands-on, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all production activities. This role is central to maintaining workflow, meeting output targets, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Assembler
1. Support and guide assemblers on the shop floor, acting as a technical point of reference
2. Allocate daily tasks as required and assist with workload planning and handovers
3. Ensure production output is delivered on time and to the required quality standards
4. Identify and help resolve issues affecting production performance
5. Escalate concerns and communicate daily priorities to the Production Manager
