Fixed Term Contract 12 months, full time
Salary to £24,000 dep on exp + benefits
My client is a specialist Pension Provider and they have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join their Property Team, carrying out administration in connection with Commercial Properties held within their clients’ Pension Schemes (SSAS).
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and updating rent records
2. Dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals & insurance renewals
3. Administration connected to development works of properties
4. Purchases and sales administration
5. Administering and processing scheme property transactions
6. Interacting with appointed conveyancers, agents, financial advisors, and pension scheme clients.
7. Accurate and timely transaction of client requests, customer letters, telephone calls, claims or applications
8. Ensure that records are updated and completed for all transactions so as to meet Company requirements and maintain the integrity of system data.
9. Able to deal with new business enquiries relating to property investments within pension schemes, taking into account HMRC regulations and Company policies
10. Research into complaints, where required.
