Role: 1st Line Support Specialist
Duration: Three Month FTC
Join a dynamic ICT team on a within a leading organisation on a committed to delivering exceptional technology services. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality support across the business.
You'll be part of the ICT Service Support Operations team, the first point of contact for IT-related issues. The team is dedicated to providing efficient, customer-focused support and maintaining operational excellence.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in IT support.
Skilled in problem-solving and clear communication.
Familiar with IT service management tools and basic IT systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commutable to Gateshead 5 days per week.
Experience supporting the following tech; Azure, M365 and ERP systems.
Proactive with a can do attitude.
