Hospitality Manager – Parris Lawn, Lewes - £30,451 per annum
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, hospitality and housekeeping within our care home. You will have a keen eye for detail, a love for creating memorable experiences, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of our residents through exceptional service.

Dining Experience
* Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
* Ensure dining areas are set up to provide a welcoming and pleasant environment.
* Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all dining areas.
Hospitality Services
* Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including resident events, special occasions, and family visits.
* Train and supervise dining, hospitality and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Foster a culture of warmth, respect, and attentiveness among all staff members.
Resident Engagement
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand and meet their individual preferences and needs.
* Organise and coordinate dining-related activities and events that promote social interaction and enjoyment.
* Address and resolve any concerns or complaints related to dining and hospitality services promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a care home or similar environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences.
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and nutrition in a care home setting is desirable.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
