Responsibilities
Working as part of the Medical Education Directorate, you will undertake a wide range of duties to deliver a confidential secretarial and administrative support service, including diary management, meeting organisation, and other support as required to the Director of Medical Education, Deputy Director of Medical Education and the Business & Programmes Manager. Based at the RIE you will also be responsible for day to day supervision of the admin staff within the directorate.
Qualifications
* You will have an HNC/HND in Office Administration (or related subject) or equivalent level of experience, and be able to demonstrate an ability to operate within a senior administrative and supervisory role. You must be able to use initiative and prioritise tasks with the minimum of instruction.
* You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and well developed organisational abilities, able to deal confidently with senior managers, staff and all external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint will be required.
