Job Description
RightTime Care are seeking Compassionate and Experienced Mental Health HCA's and Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and challenging behaviours.
You will be responsible for delivering specialist support to patients in community-based or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 support to individuals with complex needs.
✅ Assist with daily living tasks, medication administration, and behavioural support.
✅ Work alongside nurses, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure tailored care plans are followed.
✅ Support individuals transitioning from hospital discharge into community settings.
✅ Implement positive behaviour support (PBS) strategies and de-escalation techniques.
