The Role The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the Oxford Real Estate team, handling a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload that may include: Commercial property transactions across a variety of sectors. Land development and investment work. Landlord and tenant matters, including complex lease negotiations. Charity property and portfolio management. Supporting the continued growth of the Oxford office through client development and team collaboration. You will work closely with a collegiate partnership group and enjoy access to the firm's strong client base throughout Oxfordshire and the wider Thames Valley. About You Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8 years PQE) in commercial real estate. Existing Partner or Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to step into partnership. Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering strategic, commercial advice. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and able to contribute to the continued growth of the team.
