It is a fully inclusive school, and all staff members work collaboratively to ensure quality teaching and leaning takes place.Main dutiesAs a Year 2 Teaching Assistant in this role the main duties will entail closing gaps in learning whilst providing additional learning support as well as providing group interventions to 3-4 pupils. These will be instructed by the class teacher and learning activities will be planned and ready to be implemented.
The ability to adopt a flexible approach is paramount as the learning activities may need to be tailored to meet the needs of the children.
