Salary: Up to £37,500 plus SEN allowance of £2,679

With class sizes capped at 6 pupils, each classroom is supported by a qualified teacher and up to 2 teaching assistants. We cater to students with SEMH and various diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more.

Your Role and Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Collaborate with the class team to facilitate learning and promote positive behaviors.
* Monitor student progress and work with staff to ensure individual needs are met.
* Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities and trips.
* Build positive relationships to support learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Degree-level education.
* Experience teaching GCSE Science at the secondary level.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEMH.
* Strong behavior management skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
