Marketing Executive
Location: Loughton (Full-time office-based, with travel to UK events)
Salary: £30-32k

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of large-scale consumer exhibitions.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to drive visitor attendance, support exhibitors and sponsors, and build strong media and partner relationships.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to all aspects of event marketing, from campaign planning through to on-site delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing and promotional campaigns, including media, direct marketing, and PR activity
* Produce engaging and targeted copy across multiple channels, including email campaigns, working closely with the data team to analyse and optimise performance
* Manage and grow social media channels, creating content and collaborating with the wider team to shape strategy and increase engagement
* Identify and secure media and promotional partnerships to maximise campaign reach
* Manage and update event websites via CMS, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and up to date
* Work closely with sponsors and exhibitors to deliver marketing activity to a high standard
* Support the sales team by driving exhibitor enquiries through lead generation campaigns, including promotional mailers and media pack creation
* Assist with on-site event delivery, including press office support, coordinating photography and filming, and managing competitions and prize fulfilment
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing assistant or similar role
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across all areas of marketing
* Confident working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
* A genuine interest in events and live experiences
