* Enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, beyond standard translation.
* Clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation.
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in transcreation (ideally 5+).
* Proven experience – not just providing transcreation as a "bolt-on" service.
* Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects.
* Experience in copywriting is a must.
* Willingness and ability to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English.
