The Role:
The successful candidate will join a structured engineering team, reporting to the site services manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with an electrical bias, be multi-skilled, and capable of performing general repair and maintenance work beyond specific trades.
Responsibilities include:
* Completing statutory servicing & inspections
* Electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
* Building repairs, joinery, and plumbing
* Daily checks and maintenance of boilers, CHP, effluent plant, air compressors
* General site maintenance and support for engineering functions
* Supporting safety and quality audits
* Maintaining site security systems and utilities management

Applicants should demonstrate relevant skills with clear evidence, including:
* Apprenticeship qualification or proven trade background
* BS7671 – 18th edition
* BS2391 – Inspection & testing
* Ability to follow instructions and perform mathematical calculations
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience as a qualified electrical engineer
