This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator or Project Administrator to join a market‑leading acoustic engineering company, who has delivered high‑profile projects for globally recognised clients including Rolls Royce, JLR, sports stadiums, museums, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
You will join a highly experienced Project Delivery Team where you will receive hands‑on mentoring, structured training, and real project exposure from day one. The business is committed to developing future Project Managers and offers clear progression into a fully autonomous Project Manager role within approximately two years for the right individual.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project administration or coordination who is eager to learn, develop technical and commercial project skills, and progress within a supportive engineering environment.
The Role:
* Supporting experienced Project Managers on large UK and European projects
* Assisting with project coordination, logistics, and scheduling
* Preparing Health & Safety documentation and project paperwork
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
* Attending project meetings and site visits across the UK
* Developing commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills
The Person:
* Experience within project administration, coordination, or support
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally
