Project Managers coordinateand deliver multiple, simultaneousbuilding automationprojects of various complexities,whichcontributestocreatingsafer environments in critical institutions such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. As a Project Manager, y our fiscal and managerial oversight across all project facets ensures client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and safe,timelycompletion of projects.

As a Project Manager, you will:

* Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions,establishingcomprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team whileidentifyingcrucial installation timelines
* Oversee the procurement of supplies and materialsrequiredfor project completion, and activelyparticipatein project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency
* Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with the project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while ensuring adherence to safety regulations
* Conduct orientations for project technicians,providingall necessary project documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams
* Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any eventsimpactingthe schedule, scope, and overall efficiency;identifyand pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders
* Manage project-specific billing coordination with theaccountingteam and Operations Manager, schedule commissioning resources,expeditethe return of mark-ups for as-built development, and ensuretimelycompletion of project-specific close-out documentation

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
* On-the-jobexperiencewith:
* Projectmanagement in the HVACcontrols industry
* HVACindustryapplications;Must be able todemonstratetheability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications,andelectrical, network,and control wiring diagrams; prior exposure to industry-standard communication protocolssuch asEthernet, Modbus,andBACnet
* ExperiencewithMicrosoft Officeand Microsoft Project
* Must be 21 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations ; must meet eligibility requirements toparticipatein Siemens' fleet vehicle program
* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates Degree or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering D egree preferred
* 5+ yearsproject management experience in the HVAC controls industry

The pay range for this position is $68,830 - $117,994 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
