About the Role
We are delighted to be working with an Outstanding-rated secondary school in Brent to recruit an Art & Design Teacher specialising in 3D Design. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to teach 3D Design up to GCSE level, guiding students through the creative process, technical skills, and conceptual development in a high-achieving learning environment. The role will involve lesson planning, exam preparation, coursework assessment, marking, and moderation to support students in achieving top results.

Responsibilities
• Teach 3D Design across KS3 and KS4, preparing students for GCSE assessments
• Guide students in developing technical skills in sculpture, model-making, and mixed-media design
• Prepare students for coursework, marking and moderating work in line with exam board expectations
• Work collaboratively to enhance the Art & Design curriculum with contemporary industry insights
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as creative workshops and exhibitions
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Art & Design, 3D Design, or a related subject
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching 3D Design up to GCSE level, with an understanding of exam marking and moderation
