Senior Research Manager (Healthcare & Pharma)
Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus
A pioneering & well-established healthcare & pharma research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their team.
You will work on influential, insight-led programmes that inform key decisions for global clients within pharma, medical & life sciences, covering topics like oncology, product development, D&I studies, behavioral science, innovation, market entry, and more.
About the Role:
* Manage healthcare/pharma market research studies from briefing to insight delivery.
* Lead survey design, data analysis, focus groups, and storytelling for pharma & life sciences clients.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth research processes.
* Present strategic recommendations influencing major business decisions.
Experience Required:
* Proven track record in quantitative or qualitative research within healthcare or pharma.
* Ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into actionable insights.
