Due to a lucrative project award, they require a Mechanical an MEP Project Director to lead a major Life Sciences project worth north of £30m M&E from pre-construction to handover. This is a business that isn’t bound by governance and red tape like some large contractors, but is competing against companies of this kind and working on major schemes like them.
