Job Description:
This role involves responding to enquiries from potential users, assessing their requirements, and tasks related to the installation of alarm units and associated products.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing administrative tasks related to new customer applications.
* Maintaining the waiting list system for efficiency and communication.
* Visiting clients' homes to assess their needs.
* Installing and programming dispersed alarm units and associated products.
* Replacing pendants and batteries.
* Conducting test calls and voice checks.
* Handling returned equipment and updating stock records.
* Liaising with manufacturers regarding equipment collection.
* Maintaining vehicle fuel and cleanliness, and completing driver logs.
* Explaining alarm functions to users and assisting with service promotion at events.
