Job Title: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining state-of-the-art heavy plant and equipment throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills and be able to diagnose faults efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the service and repair of construction equipment within your designated area.
* Detect and resolve mechanical issues with machinery using technical expertise and diagnostic tools provided.
* Accurately complete paperwork and system entries based on work completed.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* You should hold an Engineering NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant, Agricultural, HGV, or related fields.
* Have experience in repairing and maintaining heavy plant equipment.
* Proven hydraulic and electrical competency, with technical knowledge in engines and transmissions.
* Desirable skill: welding and fabrication.
