We’re now looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our flagship site in Mayfair — someone from a branded restaurant background who thrives in a well-run kitchen and knows how to lead a team with both heart and discipline.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations with precision and positivity
* Leading and developing a reliable, motivated BOH team
* Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene and compliance are always on point
* Managing stock, ordering and GP with confidence and care
* Working closely with the GM and group leadership to drive standards and evolve the brand

* Has experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Sous in a branded, fast-paced restaurant
* Brings structure, calm and a positive leadership style to the kitchen
* Understands the importance of training, development and great communication
* Takes pride in cleanliness, consistency and hitting the numbers
