Job Description Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B or Equivalent) – Leeds/Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B or equivalent) to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a highly skilled legal team that includes professionals accredited by APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel. Salary:DOE The Role: As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will independently manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters, ensuring a proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware approach. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver outstanding results and provide exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage an individual caseload of clinical negligence claims. Provide support and guidance to the team, contributing to proactive case management and progression. Ensure effective time recording and case strategy planning with senior team members. Identify cases ready for Letter of Claim (LOC), settlement, or service and drive them forward. Draft legal documentation, including LOC and letters of instruction. Negotiate settlements and litigate claims as required. Oversee case documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Offer technical support to junior team members, assisting in their development.
