We’re looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver our digital marketing activity across social, email, paid media and our website.
This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys both the creative side of content creation and the technical side of digital performance, and who works closely with our Design and Marketing teams to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating engaging content for paid and organic social media, including video, photography, written captions and graphics (with support from the Design team)
* Building and managing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including content creation, audience segmentation and scheduling
* Supporting paid media activity across social and search, helping to manage ads, budgets and daily performance checks
* Assisting with website campaigns, including uploading new products and creating website banners where required
* Contributing ideas to help improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV)
* Helping to book digital media placements through press and partnership opportunities
* Writing blog content to improve SEO and search visibility
* Producing clear, on‑brand content across web, email and social
* Exploring and testing new social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit
* Supporting digital reporting, using Google Analytics to understand performance and key business data
* Delivering against a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches and key trading periods
What we’re looking for:
* A self‑starter with experience creating content across multiple digital platforms
* Able to manage multiple campaigns and produce assets from creative direction
* Previous experience with email marketing and social media (essential)
* Knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar email platforms)
* Organised, creative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
