This is an excellent opportunity to support payroll, benefits and the recognition processes that enhance employee engagement. What you'll do Process accurate monthly payroll using Cintra IQ, including reconciliations and reporting Administer benefits and recognition schemes, ensuring timely updates for new joiners and changes Support salary review processes and related documentation Maintain document management systems and ensure compliance Prepare headcount reports and provide data to Finance as required Assist with ad hoc projects within the People Engagement team What you’ll need Previous experience in payroll or HR administration, ideally within professional services Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; payroll systems experience desirable Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information What you’ll receive Competitive Salary Pension Life Assurance (option to increase) Spouse Life Assurance Income Protection Critical Illness Annual Holiday Buy/Sell Cycle to Work Give As You Earn Season Ticket Loan 28 days holiday What's next?
