Responsibilities
* Manage the Aftersales department, ensuring successful operation and leading a large team.
* Achieve volume and profit targets by inspiring and developing the team while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Apply experience from a similar role within a large PLC environment in the motor trade, demonstrating strong organisational, people, and financial controls.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar Aftersales Manager role within a large PLC motor trade environment.
* Excellent organisational, people management and financial control skills.
