Coffee Shop Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day running of the coffee barn
Lead, train, and motivate a small team
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage stock, ordering, and suppliers
Handle cashing up and daily reporting
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Help drive sales and seasonal promotions
What Were Looking For As Coffee Shop Manager
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar management role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
