We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Theatre Manager to lead our five-theatre suite at Ilford. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the operational management, clinical leadership and performance of the theatre complex.
Working closely with the Head of Nursing & Clinical Services and Hospital Director, you’ll ensure high-quality, safe and efficient care for every patient, while driving service development, staff engagement and theatre utilisation. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with NHS Trust partners and guest consultants.
