Job overview
The post-holder will provide a full range of obstetric skills including managing the Labour Ward, Section Lists, and Maternity Assessment Unit in collaboration with existing consultants. They will attend Gynaecology Endometriosis MDTs, run independent Gynaecology outpatient clinics, and theatre lists. Essential qualifications include an ATSM in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery and Labour Ward.

Qualifications
* Full GMC Registration
* CCT or equivalent (CESR confirmed by PMETB/GMC by AAC date)
* Entry onto the GMC Specialist Register or eligibility within 6 months of AAC
* ATSM in Advanced Labour Ward / High risk antenatal and Laparoscopic Surgery
* Higher degree or diploma (MD, PhD, FRCS)
* Robotic Surgical Experience
Clinical Experience & Training
* Evidence for accreditation as a Consultant Clinical Supervisor
* Postgraduate qualification in medical education
* Experience in undergraduate teaching, supervision, and mentorship
Academic Achievements, Research, Publications
* Experience in research and clinical trials recruitment
