About the Opportunity As Estate Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the entire estate, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for residents, occupiers, businesses, and visitors. You’ll lead a team of service partners and collaborate closely with the asset and development teams to embed innovation, sustainability, and community spirit throughout the estate. Key Responsibilities Oversee all estate operations across residential, retail, F&B, and commercial spaces. Champion sustainability and ESG practices across the development. Deliver best-in-class customer and occupier experience through service innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, residents, and stakeholders. Lead estate activation initiatives to foster community and engagement. Monitor and manage service providers to ensure the highest standards. Support strategic asset management and long-term planning with creative input. About You - We’re looking for someone spectacular – not just experienced, but visionary. You will bring: Proven experience managing mixed-use estates or large, high-profile developments. A track record of leadership across diverse asset types (residential, commercial, F&B, retail). An innovative mindset – always looking for ways to evolve and improve. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills – you’re as comfortable with residents as you are with board-level investors.
