A firm of Chartered Accountants in the Bradford area is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their leadership team.

The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a diverse and loyal portfolio of clients, spanning a broad range of sectors. The portfolio is intentionally mixed, incorporating accounts preparation, tax planning, and business advisory, offering variety and the chance to build deep client relationships.
While some exposure to audit work may be beneficial, audit experience is not a prerequisite, making this role particularly suited to those from a general practice background who prefer a broader advisory focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a varied portfolio of OMB clients
* Overseeing accounts and tax compliance work, ensuring high technical standards
* Providing proactive business and tax advice tailored to client needs
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Building long‑term client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
* Contributing to the strategic development of the firm
