This includes Water and Wastewater services, the capital programme, R&D, Innovation. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety legislation and UU safety policies to prevent accidents and reduce incidents. Support & Management: Provide scientific, process, and technical support to the Process Technology Team (PTT). Project Development & Management: Develop and deliver site-specific projects and pilot plant studies efficiently. Process Improvement & Training: Participating in the use, development and improvement of PTT business processes Technical & Analytical Expertise: Use and develop analytical techniques to enhance PTT capability and comply with QA procedures. Technical Skills & Experience To be successful with your application, you’ll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria: Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in a suitable scientific or technical subject. Capability use high quality numerical, verbal and analytical skills across a range of activities to deliver project outputs and fully satisfy customer requirements. Good knowledge of treatment processes, analytical methods, statistical techniques and best practice. Demonstrable project management skills. Hold a current full UK driving licence. Desirable Criteria Ability to use high quality numerical skills, verbal and analytical skills across a range of activities and deliver project outputs within project timeframes Awareness of Health, Safety and Wellbeing topics such as Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), manual handling, Display Screen Equipment (DSE requirements), risk assessment and lone working procedures. PTT works throughout the region and driving/use of personal car will be required.
