We are looking for a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in a specialist school catering for pupils from Early Years to young adults with: Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Autism and associated needs What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with children or young adults with SEN, particularly those with complex needs. A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach. Confidence in supporting a wide range of communication and sensory needs. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families. A genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
